Our Process

ViraSeal disinfects all kinds of surfaces in the facility to clean them off any kind of biological contamination including all kinds of Bactria, Virus, Mold and Fungus. Post disinfection, we then apply antimicrobial surface coating with Organosilane technology to prevent future contamination and built-up of germs. Therefore, keeping the entire facility always disinfected and hygienic to protect employees from contagious infections. 

For Corona Virus

Our antimicrobial protective coating works on a physical killing method which rips apart microbes at the cellular level and electrocutes them further so that the microbes die instantly and lose the ability to infect any host (humans). The protective coating would kill any microbe that has a genome size of 5 kilobase or more. Coronavirus genome size ranges between 27 to 34 kilobase, hence, Coronavirus would be severely electrocuted and killed on surfaces by our antimicrobial coating and any person who further touches this surface would not contract the virus or any other disease-causing pathogens. Our disinfectant coating works against vaccinavirus. Vaccinavirus is a RNA enveloped virus as same as Coronavirus.

FAQ’s

Preparation before coating process
Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and any residue from cleaning agents must be rinsed from the surfaces to be treated. The final rinse should come off without any signs of dirt or foaming from the cleaners. We have a compatible cleaning product that also is a disinfectant
How long the treatment lasts?
Since the cured antimicrobial is in-volatile, insoluble, and non leaching, the treatment should last for the life of the treated surface. The life of the treated surface depends on a number of factors, not the least of which is surface preparation, If you treat a dirty or unstable surface, when the dirt comes off or the surface is disturbed, the effectiveness of the antimicrobial will decrease. Abrasive or caustic (pH 12.0) cleaners will also shorten effective life, In our experience, our home office applicators have seen effectiveness for upto 90 days of the substrate with normal housekeeping
Any gases released?
No, it does not volatilize, dissipate, or leach onto other surfaces or into the environment. Its chemistry polymerizes where it is applied and forms a permanent bond that lasts for the life of the treated surface. Normal cleaning should not remove the treatment, although it can be abraded away if the surface comes into contact with an abrasive compound

How it works
The active ingredient in the process is an antimicrobial that forms a colorless, odorless, positively charged polymer, which permanently bonds to the treated surface. You could think of it as a layer of electrically charged spears. When a microorganism comes in contact with the treated surface, the quaternary amine spear punctures the cell membrane and the electrical charge shocks the cell. Since nothing is transferred to the now dead cell, the antimicrobial does not lose strength and the spear is ready for the next cell to contact it. Normal cleaning of treated surfaces is necessary to prevent buildup of dirt, dead microbes, etc. which could cover the treatment, prohibiting it from killing microorganisms.
